Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pro and Pro Plus include a 14-day trial for organisations that have not subscribed before. The Free plan has no time limit.
How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay for each person in your organisation who uses Renly, monthly, in US dollars.
What are AI tokens?
Tokens measure how much AI work your organisation does each month. Longer documents, bigger research jobs and longer conversations use more. Each plan includes a monthly allowance for the whole organisation.
Are the Windows and Android apps included?
Yes, on every plan, including Free. Get the apps.
Can we bring our own model or API keys?
Yes, on Enterprise. You can use your own model deployments and keys, and set which models each team may use. On every plan, administrators choose which models agents and people can use.
Can I sign up with a personal email address?
No. Renly is for organisations, so it needs a work email address or a work Microsoft account.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your data is isolated per organisation, encrypted, and never used to train models. More in the security overview.
How do I pay?
By card, through a secure checkout hosted by Stripe. For Enterprise, talk to us about how you would like to be billed.
