AI training your whole team can finish this week.

Your team is already using AI. This teaches them to do it without leaking data, trusting a confident wrong answer, or breaking a rule they didn't know existed. Five short modules, about an hour, with a certificate at the end.

The path

Five modules, then a certificate.

Work through them in order or dip into the one you need. Your progress is saved on your device, so you can stop and come back. When you finish, a short assessment issues your certificate.

The Responsible AI at Work learning path Five numbered modules connected left to right, ending in a certificate of completion: AI fundamentals, Using AI safely, Judging AI output, Your obligations, Working with AI agents. 1 Fundamentals What AI is 2 Safe use Data and privacy 3 Judgement Checking output 4 Obligations Rules and policy 5 AI agents Actions and approval Certificate

  • Five short modules, ten minutes each
  • Examples from everyday work
  • A certificate of completion to keep
  • Works on any device, at your pace

Why now

AI training just became an expectation.

Two shifts moved AI literacy from optional to expected. Both are already in force or arriving this year.

Europe: a literacy duty since February 2025

Under Article 4 of the EU AI Act, any organisation that uses AI at work must ensure its people have a sufficient level of AI literacy. There is no set curriculum, but you are expected to keep records that show you took it seriously.

Australia: mandatory foundational training

The Australian Government's policy makes foundational, responsible AI training mandatory for staff across the public service, with the first requirement starting 15 June 2026. Suppliers and mid-market firms are following the same baseline.

From obligation to evidence A left to right flow: an obligation to ensure AI literacy leads to training, which produces a completion record kept as evidence. Obligation Ensure AI literacy Training Responsible AI at Work Evidence Dated completion record
Training is the middle step. The record you keep is what turns it into evidence.

The certificate

Finish the assessment, get a certificate you can verify.

Pass a short assessment at the end and you get a certificate of completion in your name, with a unique link anyone can use to confirm it is real. Share it on LinkedIn or send it to your manager.

What it is, and what it is not. This is a certificate of completion for a foundational AI literacy course. It is not an accredited or nationally recognised qualification, and no certificate on its own makes an organisation compliant with any law. What you get is the training and a dated record you can keep.

For managers

Train your whole team, keep the record.

Create a team, share one link, and everyone who completes the course lands on a private register you can export. No email setup, no seats to buy, no data you have to chase. It is the evidence you would want if anyone ever asks what training your people have had.

Start with module one.

Twelve minutes. No sign up to begin. See why AI sounds so sure of itself, even when it is wrong.
