How do agents get access to my systems?
Each person connects their own account with the system's own sign-in (OAuth) or an API key, and agents act through those permissions. Admins choose which connectors the organisation can use, and each agent can be limited to specific connectors, read only or read and write.
Can an agent change data in a connected system without asking?
Writes follow the approval rules your admins set, and each person can set an action to never for an agent. Sending email or messages, posting, publishing and e-signature requests always wait for a person.
What if the system we use is not listed?
Add its MCP server, on Pro Plus and Enterprise. Its tools then appear to your agents under the same approvals and the same evidence record.
